How do you paint a double rainbow on sims social

Can't build your room? Try this, may or may not work, did for me but not my friend. Then back to Sims Social… if all went the way it did for me, it'll be there! This really sucks since it's for weeks now -. I am having problems with the quest Turning Japanese and purchasing clothing for Buisness time? Well, I've done this about times! I waited a whole day to see if it would get better, but the same message appears. Everything is running alright and there isn't any lag when I play.

I completed the computer part and received hope then made good friends with at least 2 people but I've got ticks on the computer and hope and nothing on the good friends one.
